What Makes This Club Different?
Our Coaches! The Team St. Louis coaching staff is comprised of many of the area's top wrestling coaches. They know how to instruct. Emphasis will be put on learning proper techniques of high percentage moves. Our training continues through mid-July and provides almost five months of excellent instruction and experience.
Our Program! We offer two tracts during each session: Folkstyle and Freestyle. You are able to join either tract during each session to provide you with training best suited to your needs.
Our Students! Because we attract the best of the best, you will have the opportunity to wrestle some of the best wrestlers in the area. Your mat time is spent improving your skills and you will have excellent training partners.

year, this club has
members standing on the podium at the State Championships.

sport. Our intent is not to make this an elite group where beginners
are not welcome. But we do emphasize that wrestlers must be
attentive and hardworking. Since we have
many top coaches, beginners
as well as advanced wrestlers can train at different speeds.”
