Due to the PGA event, traffic around Whitfield during the week of May 20th will be extremely heavy. Please add time to your drive to make sure you arrive on time.
The practices for May 30th and July 4th have been cancelled due to facility unavailability.
Now is the time to begin preparing for next season.
The effort you put in now WILL pay off. Come join us and experience the best coaches, a proven program and great drill partners. The session starts on Tuesday, March 5th and runs for 19 weeks until July 11th. That is 19 weeks of off-season training. We will offer a comprehensive folkstyle and freestyle practice and competition program with a consistent and systematic curriculum from many of the St. Louis area's most committed wrestling coaches. You will have consistent training opportunities in a climate controlled modern facility. There will be a comprehensive competition schedule available so that you can gain valuable mat time.
Registration for the Off-Season is located here

What Makes This Club Different?
Our coaches! The Team St. Louis coaching staff knows how to
instruct. Emphasis will be put on learning proper techniques of high
performance moves. Our club does not disassemble at the end of
March. The same coaching goes right into the following events:
USA Wrestling—Folkstyle:
March—April
USA Wrestling—Freestyle: May—August
Camps: June—July
Over the years, this club has turned out many High School Champions.
Take a look at the
Parent Information link for some examples. We look to build on this tradition and to strengthen it in the years
to come.
Our Mission
“Our mission is to strengthen a successful program by providing top
coaching and attracting
100 area wrestlers that are serious about the
sport. Our intent is not to make this an elite group where beginners
are not welcome. But we do emphasize that young wrestlers must be
attentive and hardworking. Since we have two top coaches, beginners
as well as advanced wrestlers can train at different speeds.”
